Content Policy

• Any sexual content involving minors, minor-coded sexual themes, or anyone who cannot be verified as an adult.
• Actual non-consent, sexual assault, coercion, trafficking, exploitation, blackmail, or threats.
• Sexual activity with a person who is asleep, unconscious, incapacitated, drugged, unable to consent, or unable to withdraw consent.
• Hidden-camera, spy-cam, revenge, stolen, leaked, impersonated, or non-consensual voyeur content.
• Bestiality, real torture, real injury for sexual exploitation, or content involving actual criminal abuse.
• Content where the creator cannot provide age, identity, consent, release, and distribution-rights records for every depicted performer.

CNC means consensual non-consent roleplay between verified adult performers who gave informed consent before production and retained the ability to stop. It is fantasy performance, not actual assault.

Actual non-consent means a person did not consent, could not consent, was coerced, was threatened, was incapacitated, or did not agree to the recording or distribution. That is prohibited and may be illegal.

• Allowed only with review: consensual non-consent, consensual rough roleplay, BDSM roleplay, power exchange, and similar adult roleplay labels.
• Not allowed as public labels or metadata: wording that presents the scene as actual assault, forced sex, drugging, unconsciousness, trafficking, kidnapping, or sex without consent.
• CNC and rough roleplay require verified adults, consent records, distribution rights, clear roleplay framing, and manual review before publication.

• CNC, rough roleplay, bondage, restraint, humiliation, medical roleplay, authority roleplay, lactation, pregnancy, step-family roleplay, and similar sensitive themes may be legal adult fantasy but require tighter review.
• Step-family roleplay may use fictional adult step-family framing, but actual incest, minor framing, coercion, or family abuse framing is prohibited.
• Legal does not automatically mean platform-approved. Velvet Court may reject content that creates unacceptable safety, processor, brand, or compliance risk.

• Uploaded posts submitted for publication stay private until approved.
• Automated screening checks metadata, categories, tags, and attestations for risk signals.
• Human review makes the final publication decision.
• Approved content may still be removed later if new information, reports, legal requests, or policy issues arise.

• Creators must keep age and identity verification records for every depicted performer.
• Creators must keep signed consent, release, and distribution-rights records for every depicted performer.
• Creators must be able to produce records when requested for review, safety, processor, dispute, or legal reasons.
