Creator Guidelines and Agreement

By applying as a creator, uploading media, or submitting content for review, you represent and warrant that you are legally allowed to use Velvet Court and that all content you provide follows these terms.

• You are a verified legal adult and the rightful owner or authorized publisher of your creator account.
• Every person depicted in your content is a verified legal adult.
• Every depicted person gave informed written consent to participate, be recorded, and have the content distributed on Velvet Court.
• You hold all required rights, releases, licenses, and permissions for every upload.
• You will not upload prohibited content or attempt to disguise prohibited content through misleading titles, captions, tags, or categories.

For each upload submitted for publication, the creator must attest that the content is lawful, consensual, rights-cleared, and supported by records. This attestation is part of the creator agreement and should be stored with the post review record.

• I confirm every depicted performer is a legal adult and has been age and identity verified.
• I confirm I have signed consent and release records for every depicted performer.
• I confirm I own or control the rights needed to publish this content on Velvet Court.
• I confirm the upload does not contain illegal, underage, actual non-consensual, hidden-camera, trafficking-related, stolen, impersonated, or otherwise prohibited content.
• I understand Velvet Court may request records, reject the upload, remove the content, freeze my account, withhold payouts, or terminate my account if this attestation is false or incomplete.

CNC, rough roleplay, BDSM, power exchange, and step-family roleplay are treated as sensitive adult fantasy categories. The creator must be able to prove they are consensual performances involving verified adults.

• CNC is allowed only as consensual adult roleplay with clear consent records and manual review.
• Actual non-consent, assault, coercion, incapacity, intoxication, threats, trafficking, kidnapping, or forced sexual activity is prohibited.
• Creators may not use metadata that presents roleplay as real assault or real lack of consent.
• Velvet Court may require additional notes or documentation for sensitive roleplay before approval.

• Creators must keep performer age, ID, consent, and rights records organized and available.
• Creators must respond to reasonable compliance requests, takedown requests, disputes, or processor reviews.
• Creators must not retaliate against reporters, fans, performers, reviewers, or platform staff.
• Failure to cooperate may result in content rejection, takedown, account limits, payout holds, suspension, or termination.
